Kevin Wolfe
As the founder of LeadersWay, Kevin’s 40 years of entrepreneurial experience has positioned himself and the company as industry leaders in the world of leadership and healthy work environment development. Kevin has traveled North America for the past 13 years working with leaders and leadership teams with one vision in mind; helping organizations become the provider and employer of choice.
Kevin’s approach and the LeadersWay journey is not as he says “for the weak of heart.” Yet for Kevin, the rewards that result from believing in making a difference in the lives of others is all he needs to fuel the passion that drives everything he and LeadersWay is committed to doing every day.
Gisele Pilling
Gisele is passionate about inspiring and igniting personal excellence in the lives of those served. She specializes in leadership development and generates powerful results with high performance individuals and teams. Gisele is committed to helping people find the courage to embrace change, navigate by their values and grow confidence and trust in each other and themselves.
Gisele’s creative energy will further drive the targeted initiatives we have designed generating new realities and bringing more value to you and your companies. She is a CTI (Coach Training Institute) graduate, a certified TTI TriMetrix HD Specialist and is also CAP certified (Certified Axiological Professional).

Charlotte Locey
Charlotte spent thirty years as a professonal educator. She brings this experience to the LeadersWay team, as well as a passion for learning and and a deep commitment to helping other people grow and develop.
Charlotte is certified in Behaviors, Motivators, and TriMetrix. She is readily avaliable to answer your questions, debrief reports, and conduct trainings to help you get the maximum value from your assessment tools.
Another of Charlotte’s roles at LeadersWay is as a business coach. She is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute.
Tony Adams
Growing an already successful business in this new economy presented a completely new set of variables for Tony. “How does a business separate themselves from their competition NOW?” It was time for a game changer! After embracing the LeadersWay philosophies and experiencing business growth only dreamt about, Tony discovered a new talent and passion for business coaching.
Tony has attended Coach U and is also a member of the Johnson County West Rotary Club. He is an active member with the Shawnee Chamber of Commerce as well as having held a previous position on their board.
Tony focuses on working with business leaders and their organizations enhancing culture and creating a positive difference with their bottom line.
Melissa McCallum
Melissa’s focus for the past 14 years was in the Insurance Brokerage Industry as a Regional Manager and Sales Trainer.
Her passion for guiding and engaging people took her on a journey to become a graduate at Coach U to fulfill her desire to make a difference in the corporate world.
Melissa is committed to her Leadersway clients, enriching not only their business life, but every aspect of the journey.
Elaine Davidson
Elaine is an Executive Coach and Organizational Effectiveness Leader who has successfully led high performing teams and large-scale projects in the areas of talent acquisition, new hire on-boarding, continuous improvement and leadership development. Having spent 16 years with one of the world’s largest professional services firms, she brings to LeadersWay extensive experience working with diverse groups to achieve common business goals through extraordinary people development and change management expertise.
Elaine earned her Masters Degree in Social & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and is a graduate of Coach U. She also holds certifications in Conflict Resolution and Six Sigma Methodology.
Elaine is deeply guided by her belief that by embracing change, clients can create the outcomes they desire.
